Had a client with a government down payment assistance program that required an appraisal even on cash deal to make sure they were getting all their money, creating another financial hit to the seller and found this out last minute. Called Druian and team first thing the following morning. They not only got out the same day, they got out in 2 hours. We only closed 1 day late because of their quick action AND charged a standard expedite fee only. Excellent service. Professional.  Absolutely saved the day.

Realized after speaking with them they also did loans and had been shopping for a personal cash out refi. They were able to offer a rate 3/4 lower than any other options at low cost as well. Walked me through the process and made everything very easy and FAST.
